'Shoe-gazing!

I've been attending the Horseshoe Tavern's free "Nu Music Nite", organised by Dave Bookman from EDGE 102.1 and Craig Laskey of ATG, almost every Tuesday night since 1998.

What keeps me comin' down is the feeling of heritage from the 60+ year old tavern, the variety of homegrown talent that is showcased, and a darn-good Guinness pour.

From now on, I'll be sharing quality video snapshots of the Indie bands and fans that gather each Tuesday at the 'Shoe.

If you can't come to the 'Shoe, I'll bring it to you!

We were a video blog but changed to audio podcast format on Dec 1, 2009 (of the Nov 24th performance).

You'll hear performance highlights of the 3 to 5 bands that played, and perhaps most importantly, interviews with artists and fans.

We invite you to explore our older, video blog posts as well.
